Section : Proctors.

9. Proctors. (1) Every Proctor shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Vice-Chancellor. (2) Every Proctor shall hold office for a term of two years and shall be eligible for re-appointment.
