15. Procedure and manner of furnishing information by banking company, financial institution and intermediary.-The Central Government may, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, prescribe the procedure and the manner of maintaining and furnishin information under sub-section (1) of section 12 for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this Act.
