Act No : 16

Section : Powers of Chancellor.

7A. Powers of Chancellor. (1) The Chancellor shall, by virtue of his office, be the Head of the University. (2) The Chancellor shall, if present, preside at convocation of the University for conferring degrees and at all meetings of the Court.
