Section : Power to make rules.

14. Power to make rules.-(1) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the means through which an application may be forwarded under sub-section (1) of section 6; (b) the form in which a warrant may be issued under sub-section (1) of section 7; (c) the form in which a warrant may be issued under sub-section (2) of section 12; and (d) any other matter which may be prescribed under clause (d) of sub-section (4) of section 13.
