Presidency Small Cause Courts Act,1882

Act No : 15

Section : Place of imprisonment.

95. Place of imprisonment. Any person ordered by the Small Cause Court to be imprisoned may be imprisoned in such place as the State Government, from time to time, appoints in this behalf.
