Section : Place of hearing.

82.Place of hearing. Except for reasons to be recorded in writing, no revenue officer shall inquire into or hear any case at any place outside the local limits of his jurisdiction: Provided that a sub-divisional officer may inquire into or hear any case at the headquarters of the district to which he is appointed.
