Section : Penalty for placing rubbish on public road.

151.Penalty for placing rubbish on public road.- Any person who places or allows to place rubbish. an a public road or in a receptacle provided by the municipality at a time other than the time appointed by the municipality under sub-section (1) of section 150 shall for every such offence, be punishable with fine not exceeding five hundred rupees.
