Section : Obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions.

186. Obstructing public servant in discharge of publicfunctions.--Whoever voluntarily obstructs any public servant in thedischarge of his public functions, shall be punished with imprisonmentof either description for a term which may extend to three months, orwith fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
