Section : Non-ademption of demonstrative legacy.

153. Non-ademption of demonstrative legacy.-A demonstrativelegacy is not adeemed by reason that the property on which it ischarged by the will does not exist at the time of the death of thetestator, or has been converted into property of a different kind, butit shall in such case be paid out of the general assets of thetestator.
