458. Lurking house-trespass or house-breaking by night afterpreparation for hurt, assault, or wrongful restraint.--Whoever commitslurking house-trespass by night, or house-breaking by night, havingmade preparation for causing hurt to any person or for assaulting anyperson, or for wrongfully restraining any person, or for putting anyperson in fear of hurt, or of assault, or of wrongful restraint, shallbe punished with imprisonment of either description for a term whichmay extend to fourteen years, and shall also be liable to fine.----------------------------------------------------------------------1.
