Section : Lurking house-trespass.

443. Lurking house-trespass.--Whoever commits house-trespasshaving taken precautions to conceal such house-trespass from someperson who has a right to exclude or eject the trespasser from thebuilding, tent or vessel which is the subject of the trespass, is saidto commit "lurking house-trespass".
