Section : Joining or continuing in unlawful assembly, knowing it has beencommanded to disperse.

145. Joining or continuing in unlawful assembly, knowing it hasbeen commanded to disperse.--Whoever joins or continues in an unlawfulassembly, knowing that such unlawful assembly has been commanded inthe manner prescribed by law to disperse, shall be punished withimprisonment of either description for a term which may extent to twoyears, or with fine, or with both.
