Act No : 16

Section : Incorporation of Council

4. Incorporation of Council. The Council shall be a body corporate by the name of the Dental Council of India, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire and hold property, both movable and immovable, and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
