Section : Import or export of counterfeit coin.

237. Import or export of counterfeit coin.--Whoever imports into2*[India], or exports therefrom, any counterfeit coin, knowingly orhaving reason to believe that the same is counterfeit, shall bepunished with imprisonment of either description for a term which mayextend to three years, and shall also be liable to fine.
