Section : House-trespass in order to commit offence punishable withimprisonment.

451. House-trespass in order to commit offence punishable withimprisonment.--Whoever commits house-trespass in order to thecommitting of any offence punishable with imprisonment, shall bepunished with imprisonment of either description for a term which mayextend to two years, and shall also be liable to fine; and if theoffence intended to be committed is theft, the term of theimprisonment may be extended to seven years.
