Section : Fund of the Sammelan.

15. Fund of the Sammelan (1) The sammelan shall maintain a Fund to which shall be Credited-- (a) all fees and other charges received by the Sammelan ; (b) all moneys received by the Sammelan by way of grants, gifts, donations, benefactions, bequests or transfers ; and (c) all moneys received by the Sammelan in any other manner or from any other source. (2) The Fund shall be applied towards meeting the expenses of the Sammelan in the performance of its functions under this Act, including allowances, if any, payable to the members of the Governing Body or of any Committee and the salaries and allowances, if any, of the employees of the Sammelan.
