Section : Fouling water of public spring or reservoir.

277. Fouling water of public spring or reservoir.--Whoevervoluntarily corrupts or fouls the water of any public spring orreservoir, so as to render it less fit for the purpose for which it isordinarily used, shall be punished with imprisonment of eitherdescription for a term which may extend to three months, or with finewhich may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
