Section : Expenses of witnesses.

96.Expenses of witnesses. The reasonable expenses incurred by any person in attending to give evidence may be allowed by 1 [the High Court] to such person and shall, unless 1[the High Court] otherwise directs, be deemed to be part of the costs.
