Exhibition of false light, mark or buoy.--Whoever exhibitsany false light, mark or buoy, intending or knowing it to be likelythat such exhibition will mislead any navigator, shall be punishedwith imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend toseven years, or with fine, or with both.162
