Section : Election of Vice-Chairperson.

25.Election of Vice-Chairperson.- The Councillors shall, either at the meeting mentioned in subsection (1) of section 24 or at subsequent meeting elect one among themselves other than the Chairperson elected under sub-section (1) of section 24 to be the Vice-Chairperson.
