31. Election disputes, electoral offences, etc. The provisions of sections 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29 and 30 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957.), shall mutatis mutandis apply, subject to such modifications as the Central Government may by order direct, in relation to settlement of disputes regarding elections, corrupt practices and electoral offences in respect of election or co-option of members of the Committee. 520
