Section : Effect of the Act on other laws.

52. Effect of the Act on other laws.-The provisions of this Act and of any rule or scheme made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in the memorandum or articles of association of an industrial concern or in any other instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than this Act. 584
