Section : Effect of laws and agreements inconsistent with this Chapter.

21. Effect of laws and agreements inconsistent with this Chapter.- The provisions of this Chapter shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in the terms of any agreement or contract of service.
