Section : Dishonestly making false claim in Court.

209. Dishonesty making false claim in Court.--Whoeverfraudulently or dishonestly, or with intent to injure or annoy anyperson, makes in a Court of Justice any claim which he knows to befalse, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for aterm which may extend to two years, and shall also be liable to fine.
