Section : Dishonest or fraudulent removal or concealment of property to preventdistribution among creditors.

421. Dishonest or fraudulent removal or concealment of propertyto prevent distribution among creditors.--Whoever dishonestly orfraudulently removes, conceals or delivers to any person, or transfersor causes to be transferred to any person, without adequateconsideration, any property, intending thereby to prevent, or knowingit to be likely that he will thereby prevent the distribution of thatproperty according to law among his creditors or the creditors of anyother person, shall be punished with imprisonment of eitherdescription for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, orwith both.
