Section : Devolution of interest relinquished by owner.

181. Devolution of interest relinquished by owner.-An interestrelinquished in the circumstances stated in section 180 shall devolveas if it had not been disposed of by the will in favour of thelegatee, subject, nevertheless, to the charge of making good to thedisappointed legatee the amount or value of the gift attempted to begiven to him by the will.
