Section : Deposit account.

28. Deposit account. All moneys belonging to a Warehousing Corporation shall be deposited in the Reserve Bank or the State Bank 3*[or any nationalised bank] or, subject to any rules made under this Act, in 4*[any other scheduled bank] or co-operative bank. --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Subs. by Act 42 of 1976, s. 7, for certain words (w.e.f. 24-3- 1976). 2 Ins. by s. 7, ibid.
