Section : Definitions.

163. Definitions. For the purposes of this Chapter,- (a) "ceiling limit", in relation to land, means the limit fixed under section 164; (b) "family" relation to a person, means the person, the wife or husband, as the ease may be, and, the dependent children and grand-children, of such person; (c) "land" does not Include land used for non-agricultural purposes.
