2. Definitions. In this Act, unless the Context otherwise requires,- (a) "Code" means the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973; (2 of 1974.) (b) "Custodian" means the Custodian appointed tinder sub- section (1) of section 3; (C) "securities" includes (i) shark scrips, stocks, bonds, debentures, debenture, stock,, units of the.
