Registration of Foreigners Act,1939

Act No : 16

Section : Definitions.

2. Definitions. In this Act- 3[ (a)" foreigner " means a person who is not a citizen of India;] 4* * * * * * (b) "prescribed " means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
