Section : Decision of questions arising under this Act.

6. Decision of questions arising under this Act. If any questionarises whether any duty is military 7[,naval] 8[or air-force] dutywithin the meaning of this Act, the decision of the Central Governmentthereon shall be conclusive. If any question arises whether any person is compelled as afore-said to reside within the limits of a municipality or is bound asaforesaid to keep any horse, the decision thereon of such authority asthe Central Government may, from time to time, appoint in this behalfshall be conclusive.---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Ins. by the A.
