Section : Court in which suit shall be brought.

6.Court in which suit shall be brought.-If the respondent, at thetime of commencement of such suit, reside within the local limits ofthe ordinary original civil jurisdiction of any of the High Courts ofJudicature, the suit shall be commenced in such Court; otherwise itshall be commenced in the principal Civil Court of originaljurisdiction of the district in which the defendant shall reside atthe commencement of the suit.
