Section : Committees.

19. Committees.-(1) Any authority of the University may appoint as many standing or special Committees as it may deem fit, and may appoint to such Committees persons who are not members of such authority.(2) Any Committee appointed under clause (1) may deal with any subject delegated to it subject to subsequent confirmation by the authority appointing it.
