Section : Chairman, director, etc., to be public servants.

65. Chairman, director, etc., to be public servants.- Chairman, director, adviser and auditor and every other employee of the Reconstruction Bank shall be deemed to be public servants for the purposes of Chapter IX of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
