9. Certain provisions not to apply to Jammu and Kashmir. The provisions of section 6 of sectin 7 shall not apply to the State of Jammu and Kashmir. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Subs. by Act 4 of 1986, s. 2 and sch. (w.e.f. 15.5.1986).
