Stage-Carriages Act,1861

Act No : 16

Section : Carriages to be licensed.

2. Carriages to be licensed.--No carriage shall be used as a stage-carriage unless licensed by a 4*Magistrate or by the 5* Commissioner of Police of a Presidency-town.
