National Housing Bank Act,1987

Act No : 53

Section : Capital.

4. Capital. The authorised and paid up capital of the National Housing Bank shall be one hundred crores of rupees and shall be subscribed by the Reserve Bank: Provided that the Central Government may, in consultation with the Reserve Bank, by notification, increase the said capital up to five hundred crores of rupees and the capital so increased shall also be subscribed by the Reserve Bank.
