Section : Assault or criminal force on grave provocation.

358. Assault or criminal force on grave provocation.--Whoeverassaults or uses criminal force to any person on grave and suddenprovocation given by that person, shall be punished with simpleimprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with finewhich may extend to two hundred rupees, or with both.
