Section : Appointment of registering officers.

15. Appointment of registering officers. The Central Government may, by notified order,-- (a)appoint such persons, as it thinks fit, to be registering officers for the purposes of this Act; and (b) define the limits of the area within which a registering officer shall exercise the powers conferred on registering officers by or under this Act. 395
