Section : Application of Part III to persons becoming raiyats or under-raiyatsunder Part IV.

160. Application of Part III to persons becoming raiyats or under-raiyats under Part IV. Where, as a result of the operation of this Part, any person acquires the right to hold land either as a raiyat or an under-raiyat, the provisions of Part III shall as far as may be, apply to the determination of such right and in such application, any reference in the said Part to the commencement of this Act shall be construed, as a reference to the vesting date.
