Section : Amendment of section 82C.

35. Amendment of section 82C. In section 82C of the Railways Act,-- (a) in sub-section (1), for the words "Claims Commissioner", the words "Claim Tribunal" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2) and the Explanation thereto shall be omitted.
