Section : Administration, with will annexed, to attorney of absent person who,if present, would be entitled to administer.

242. Administration, with will annexed, to attorney of absentperson who, if present, would be entitled to administer.-When anyperson to whom, if present, letters of administration, with the willannexed, might be granted, is absent from the State, letters ofadministration, with the will annexed may be granted to his attorneyor agent, limited as mentioned in section 241.
