Section : Abetment of desertion of soldier, sailor or airman.

135. Abetment of desertion of soldier, sailor or airman.--Whoever, abets the desertion of any officer, soldier, 1*[sailor orairman], in the Army, 2*[Navy or Air Force] of the 3*[Governmentof India], shall be punished with imprisonment of either descriptionfor a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
