humiliated in court says he doesn't repent asking the questions.

Ealier, Kaya said that humiliation in court is as bad as sexual assault.

After being unhappy with the public prosecutor, Kaya has hired her own lawyer who says the way her client was treated was shocking.

In an exclusive phone conversation with Times Now, the defense lawyer refused to comment on the issue saying that the matter was sub-judice.

Here is the conversation:

Reporter: Am I talking to Sanjay Prajapati?

Prajapati: I don't want to comment or give any interview as this a sub-judice matter.

Reporter: I am calling from TIMES NOW. We would like to interview you?

Prajapati: I don't want to talk about the case, it is sub-judice.

Reporter: Is it true that you asked those questions to the lady in the court?

Prajapati: Everything is on record.

Reporter: Is it true or not?

Prajapati: You can get the copy from the court if you want.

Reporter: Don't you feel bad about what you said?

Prajapati: No, I have done everything for my client and don't want to comment on whether I felt good or bad.

Reporter: Do you think it is right to talk to a woman like this?

Prajapati: I said I don't want to comment, I am on the road right now, can't talk. (Hangs Up)

In what is a double nightmare for a 23-year-old British woman, after being allegedly molested in Gujarat, she had to endure further humiliation during the proceedings in the court.

Kaya Enrich was allegedly molested by a plumber who had come to their apartment to repair a shower. Her efforts to get justice turned out to be another ordeal as she was humiliated in an open court and ridiculed by the Defence Lawyer, Sanjay Prajapati.

Chairman of the Bar Council of India, S N P Sinha has reacted saying it is unfortunate that the lawyer used demeaning words and said that the judge should have intervened.

Sinha said, "We oppose the lawyer and a complaint should be lodged and his bar licence should be terminated."
