My dependent bought the 20Rs/- stamp paper in tamil nadu but that stamp papers executed as a pronote in andhra pradesh.
Issue: The court not accepting as a evidence because stamp papers purchased outside the andhra pradesh.
Note: There is any ruling/decision against using of non judicial stamp paers one state to another state.

I do not think promissory note need to be written on stamp paper. If it is written on a stamp paper it becomes a bond. If necessary you may ask the court to impound the document and send it to charge penalty.
