No need for any one to become emotional. Mr sanal Edarmarudu , I think is not having human tendencies. what makara Jothi to do with mad crowed or what does it particluarly concern him. Let us wait to hear what our nations supreme leagal stalvants to say . Are they going to admit or dismiss the petition. If admitted on what grounds is the interesting issue

i think the man i.e., Sanal Edamaruku who had filed this petition would be made by man directly before wormbing in his mothers womb. Just a suggestion to Mr. Sanal Edamaruku that it will be better to file an another petition seeking the Hon'ble apex Court permission to survey the same with your guidance by appointing an Advocate Commissioner. If this Mr. Sanal Edamaruku bloody ass sucker n cock licker have much dare enough to do it let him do first. to whom so ever it may concern plz dont blame any religious beliefs and practices what ever the religion it may be.

Let Hindu, Christian and Islam religions be banned in India..because they speak about God, whom Sanal has not seen!!!!!!!Freedom of Religion is coupled with freedom to believe and Makarajyothi is one among them. It is a constitutional guarantee to the culture of India.

Whether the jyothi is a celestial one or a man made is a question which the people/devotees have to decide. There's no concrete evidence to prove that it is man made. It's been appearing on the hill top since years immemorial. Mere speculation cannot be a deciding factor. It's better to leave the issue as it is and not to waste the time of the Court by entertaining such frivolous matters.

Whether the Hon'ble Supreme Court bans Makar Jyothi or not is now a matter of academic interest only. Court proceedings and media hype on the same have already served the purpose to educate the public with the reality behind the appearance of the Makar Jyothi and it is now a matter for the devotees to accept that reality or not. Role of Courts of Law in matters of faith and religion will be to a limited extent and if that was not so, we may not have seen several sects. religious denominations, places of worships mushrooming throughout the country/world in the name of one or the other belief or faith which has no scientific or historical basis. Therefore, it is better to leave the present issue as it is for the devotees's discretion.

It is not conclusively proved that the jyothi is man made, it is mr sanals presumption only. millions of devotees are deriving spiritual plesure at a glance to the same. It is obseving from time immemorial. The accident happened there is inevetable one, gross negligence from the part of the authority to provide security on the hill top . Ref: Rlyland v/s Fletcher . Not only in sabarimala almost all parts of the world such a huge gathering of human beings take place , adqueate security should be provided by the concerned authority. The ban of Makarajyothi is curtailing the citizens constitutional right , the right to worship.

Thought and belief can never be dragged before a court of law.
