The DNA of samples collected from the articles seized from Kuber boat and blood stains of four terrorist, who had held the Taj Mahal Hotel under seige for more than 60 hours, matched with each other, Assistant Chemical Analysier Shrikant Lade told the designated court conducting the 26/11 attack trial today.
Deposing before the designated judge, Mr Lade said the sample collected from Kuber boat, which was used by the terrorists to travel to Mumbai and blood stains of four terrorists, Abu Shoib, Abu Ali, Abdul Rehman Bada and Abu Umedr who had captured the Hotel Taj Mahal had matched.
Replying to a query raised by Special Public Prosecutor Ujwal Nikam, the witness said a blue bag, which was recovered from Cama Hospital and blood samples of lone arrested Pakistani Terrorist Ajmal Amir Kasab also matched during DNA test.
The blood stains collected from the driver seat of Skoda car and sample collected from the cloths of deceased accused Abu Ismail had also matched, he added.
On November 26, last year, at least ten Pakistani terrorists had attacked the commercial capital of the country, killing 166 innocent people and injuring hundreds of others. Kasab was nabbed in injured condition and others were killed during exchange of firing.
