Shri Sudhir Bhargava, today took over as secretary, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of Social justice and Empowerment. He succeeds Shri Anil Goswami, presently Home Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Shri Sudhir Bhargava is a 1979 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre. Before joining the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, he was Special Secretary in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.

IN A DISTRICT COURT IF AN ADVOCATE OF THE OPPOSITE PARTY teases/provokes/insults/uses wrong words/gestures to the applicant of a civil suit & parent of a victim of the criminal complaint IN THE COURT ROOMS what that senior citizen should do.? IS THEIR ANY REMEDY FOR JUSTICE.? please guide/help. before the depression level crosses the optima & that old man is compelled to take some extreme step being helpless.
