In Jogindernagar area special in beer and chauntra and dharamshala area govt should pay special watch on these tibbetian refugees as they frequently come from china and tebet area and may be easily involved in spying activities, These tibetians in these areas given same facilities like and indian citizen use to avail. So in the same regions where tibetian refugees are given shelter in those areas special taskforces or cells should be organised to watch their activites. Dalai Lama can not watch the activities of these all refugees and some previlege should be given to these watchdog cells to investigatem search etc at the spot where suspect is there.
