Court orders Kanimozhi's arrest

A Delhi court on Friday ordered "forthwith" arrest of DMK MP Kanimozhi and Kalaignar TV MD Sharad Kumar after rejecting their bail pleas in the 2G spectrum case.

"The bail applications are dismissed. Both the accused be taken into custody forthwith," Special CBI Judge O P Saini said.

The court directed that 43-year-old Kanimozhi and Kumar should be produced before it at 10 am on Saturday, when the case comes up for hearing.

The DMK MP, wearing an orange salwar suit, looked stunned after the CBI judge pronounced his order and was consoled by her family members, including her husband Aravindan.

DMK leaders, including its parliamentary party chief T R Baalu, was present in the court.

Minutes after the court pronounced its order, some of DMK supporters broke down while others were seen making frantic calls.

CBI is a legalized Extraction cell of bribe taken by ministers and their aids and disbursement of funds to all other ministers , it has no ethical or social value

I feel sorry for this woman. She is a victim of her parents greed; unnecessarily the money was given to her without being asked. This should act as a lesson to the parents who wants involve their children in avoidable crimes. I wish Smt Kanomozi should spill the beans and speak truth before the court which may save her from further detention; even may turn approver if she so desires.

As far as the arrest of Kanimozhi is concerned, the scorpion of Politically motivated CBI's strategy which keeps mum on the top-culprits that have swallowed major amount of the said corruption, has stung the poor fingers of an innocent lady, which fact would come to light in the near future. as I feel.
